Bayonne Police Impounds
Impounds can only be released to the registered owner.
If the registered owner can not be present at our office we can accept an original copy of a notarized letter.
Proof of ownership is required at the window before entering any vehicle.
If these documents are in the vehicle before arriving at our office reach our to your insurance company to email you a copy of your insurance card.

If these document are in the vehicle before arriving at our office reach our to your insurance company to email you a copy of your insurance card.
All Vehicles will need an in person release form signed by the registered vehicle owner to release to your insurance company, body shop, or towing company.
If you are going through your insurance Company.
A release form is required. Before you can sign a release form you will have to contact your insurance company for a claim number. They also will need to contact our office to verify the claim before retrieving any personal items from your vehicle.
